Marie is a well respected expert for the Crisis management, Quality and Food safety on the European level. During her more than 20-year practise in the food industry in local and international field she gained rich experience especially in the area of crisis solution and crisis prevention, food safety, risk analyses, food legislation and leadership of international quality teams.

During her longstanding activities in the international company, Danone Group, she executed the position of a local quality manager and later she became a quality manager in several European countries.

Among the greatest results she achieved during her activities in the Danone Group company belong especially the following:

• Quality system integration of individual production factories in Eastern and Central Europe into a large international group
• Building of a modern effective quality system interconnected with the entire company
• ISO 9000, ISO 22000 certification as one of the first companies in Eastern and Central Europe
• Building of high level of production factories in the field of hygiene, food safety, pest control certificated according to the American standard for baking companies - AIB

Marie operated as an active Danone company representative in the Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic (FFDI) and she has been the FFDI representative in working groups of the Confederation of the Food and Drink Industries (CIAA) in the EU up to the present day.

Due to her expertise and profound experience Marie can offer her help to food processing companies in the area of:

• crisis management - system construction, training, help in crisis situations
• food safety - allergen policy, traceability, legislative requirements, hygiene, pest control - present state analysis, improvement suggestion, training
